First and foremost, I am a single mum writer. As a thirty-something single and working parent, I reckon I have quite a lot to say about life, love and everything in between. I spent a decade in a marriage with the man who wasn’t for me but was my son’s daddy. We went our separate ways in a somewhat dramatic fashion in 2017 and have been cobbling together co-parenting ever since.
Becoming a single mum writer was an fortunate bi-product of life and its funny old circumstances. I am a former journalist with a career built around using wonderful words. I used to write for the kickass Kiki Blah-Blah with Sareta Fontaine, before we all now go it alone! We picked up a couple of awards in that collaborative including the Thirty Something Award 2017 for the Next Best Thing and UK Blog Awards 2018 for Business Lifestyle and Social Influencer. When I don’t have a toddler about my person, I am a copywriter for a great marketing agency.
I don’t always know what I am doing or where I am going but I am happy to have a go and giggle along the way!
I am available for promotional activity, partnerships and PR opportunities with the right brands, organisations and companies.
